Salade au foie de volaille


Chicken liver is high in iron and vitamin A, B12 and many other nutritions so it's good to eat sometimes.  This is chicken liver marinated in red wine for overnight and simply sauteed in olive oil.

「鶏レバーのサラダ」鶏レバーは鉄分やビタミンA、B12などの栄養価が高いので、時々とるとよいと思う。これは赤ワインに一晩漬け込んだ鶏レバーをオリーブオイルでソテーしたもの。
