Porc a la sauce ravigote

I don't think that Ravigote sauce is french.  It's a combination of cappers , shallots and boiled eggs.  I placed spanish green olive and fresh tarragon as well; basically things I had in my fridge.

「ポークのソテー・ラビゴットソース」日本から持ち帰った鹿児島の黒豚が美味しい。長く冷凍していても、こちらの肉に比べると格段に美味しい。ラビゴットソースはケッパーが入ったもので、これはフレンチのソースではないと思う。あまりよく知らないので、冷蔵庫の中のものを適当に加えた。
