Cosmos

There was a flower festival at the foot of Tawara Yama at the beginning of October.  It seems like they hold this every year.  Cosmos reminds me of the arrival of the fall season.  I like this flower very much since I was young.  They have gay and cheerful air yet they also give me slightly sad impression as well.

「コスモス」１０月の初めに俵山のふもとでコスモス祭りがあっていた。コスモスは秋の訪れを告げてくれる花。華やかだが、茎や葉が細やかで繊細に感じる。なんとなく少し淋しげな雰囲気も好きだ。風にゆられてふわふわしているところも可愛らしい。
