Calamari rice


This is a rice dish I made with fresh calamari and garlic shrimp oil from the ahijo the other day.  I also added small amount of tomato sauce but thanks to the garlic oil, it was extremely good.  I didn't add any clams but it would make better if I'd add more seafoods.

「カラマリライス」これは先日のエビのアヒージョからできたガーリックオイルで、カラマリ(烏賊の小さいもの)を炊いたもの。美味しくなる確信があったが、絶品だった。アサリなどが新鮮だったらもっと美味しいものができたかもしれない。
