Chicken curry



I made chicken curry with onion, carrots and chicken.  I used about one table spoon of butter this time, that made the taste much better than using only olive oil.  I also smoothen the curry with bar mix this time.  It was good idea to make sauce thicker.

「チキンカレー」玉ねぎ、人参、鶏で作ったカレー。今回はバターを少し多めに使ったので、コクがあって美味しかった。更にバーミクスにかけたので、滑らかなソースになった。付け合わせはほうれん草のミルク煮。ご飯はタイ米のミックスライス。
