Grilled balibut

Halibut is a popular white fish in England.  I found the frozen fish I grilled it in the oven with persil sauce.  Thought it didn't have a good texture because it was frozen.  I'll the same dish with fresh fish the next time.

「おひょうのオーブン焼き」大鮃はHalibutと言ってイギリスではよく食べられる魚だ。フィッシュアンドチップスの材料などになるもので淡白な味。冷凍品を見つけたので、パセリソースをまぶしてグリルにしてみた。

結果はイマイチ。シンガポールの地物の魚を試してみるのが少々面倒だったので、冷凍を買ったが、やっぱり残念な冷凍ものの食感だった。これからは生の魚に挑戦する。
