August Japanese home dishes - sashimi

 

We didn't have any significant fish recently.  At the beginning of the month, it was due to the hot weather then later we had red tide; which killed many farmed fish.

「８月の刺身」今月はあまり良くなかった。上旬は暑さであまり漁が出来ないと聞いていて、下旬は赤潮の被害。
