This might not look very appealing but it was very tasty. Minced chicken meat is not very common outside of Japan but we can easily buy a package of already minced chicken meat. I cooked it with Dashi; kelp broth with dried mushroom; Shikake. I thickened the sauce with potato starch in the end. It was good in itself but it was also great with Tofu.
「鶏ひき肉の餡」これは今月作った料理でとても美味しかったもの。昆布出汁と椎茸の戻し汁で鶏のひき肉を炊いてとろみをつけたもの。椎茸と鶏の醤油の味がバッチリ合っていていくらでも食べられる美味しさだった。
そのままでも美味しいのだが、味を少し強くして蒸した豆腐やカボチャにかけても良いと思う。とろみは水溶き片栗粉を何回かに分けて入れてしっかりと付ける。
