Nikudoufu


"Nikudoufu" is sliced beef and tofu cooked in soya sauce based dashi.  I like to make this dashi with katsuo base, soya sauce and sake.

「肉豆腐」肉豆腐の場合は、鰹の出汁をとり、酒、醤油のみで甘くしないのが私流。
