Capresse

This is very special because I made this with tomatoes that I brought back from Kumamoto and they are extremely tasty.  My mother found someone who grow the tomato very well recently and we were surprised how good this tomato tast.  This is a great dish to tast tomato.

「カプレーゼ」これは熊本から持ち帰ったミニトマト。母があるトマトを作る方から注文したもので、このトマトが今までに食べた事がないくらい美味しい。カプレーゼは一番トマトの美味しさが生きる料理だと思う。
