Pork ginger is one of the most popular Japanese pork dish. It's made with thin sliced pork saute with soya sauce, sake, and ground ginger. We usually don't mix this with vegetable but I added tomato and aubergine.
「夏野菜の豚の生姜焼き」これは生姜焼きにトマトとナスを合わせてみたもの。ナスは油を吸うので、あらかじめ塩をしてしんなりとさせておくとあまり油を使わずに済む。味付けは普通に酒、醤油、生姜のすりおろし。
