Ezu ko

Dear readers, finally I'm back from Japan.  Early May is one of the most beautiful season in Japan.  Since the summer is unbearably hot these years, it's better to travel there now.  Yet this time I've spent most of my time at home in Kumamoto.  This is a photo of the lake Ezu near my home.

読者の皆様、香港に戻りました！今回はGWを挟んでしまったので、ほとんど実家で過ごしていました。梅雨前の日本はとても気候がよく、毎日近所の湖まで散歩に出かけていました。わらび、竹の子、空豆などの初夏の食も堪能して参りました。写真は熊本市内にある湖「江津湖」。本日から過去の投稿も整理しつつ、日々の料理写真を投稿します。
