Hijiki to tofu no terrine
This is a Japanese style of terrine made with chicken fillet, tofu and hijiki seaweeds.
「ひじきと豆腐のテリーヌ」これはフレンチのテリーヌのテクニックを使って作った和風のテリーヌ。材料は豆腐、鶏ささみ、ひじきの煮物など。クリームは使っていないので、高たんぱくで低カロリー。
