Salted salmon is very popular food to eat white rice with. In fact the most popular stuffing of Onigiri which is Japanese rice balls wrapped with Nori seaweeds, is "Shake" the salted salmon.
I made the simple pasta sauce with the salted salmon and shiso leaves which is something similar to basil.
「シャケのパスタ」これはシャケご飯のパスタ版。オリーブオイル、薄口醤油、塩シャケ、青紫蘇だけで作ったシンプルなものだが、驚くほどおいしくできた。癖になるような味。
