This is a dish I made with the left over of the Italian dinner. I had pasta sauce from crabs and the leftover of the gratin so I mixed them together. I placed boiled spinach and some pasta on the bottom of the gratin dish and baked it in the oven.
「エビグラタン」これは先日のイタリアンディナーの残りを合わせたもの。蟹のパスタソースとグラタンの身の余りを合わせて、茹でたほうれん草とマカロニを下に敷いてグラタンにした。出汁が良いとどんな料理にしても美味しい。
