Vegetables from the market

These are local vegetables I found in Wan Chai market.  Most of the vegetables in Hong Kong come from main land China but there are few shops sells Hong Kong local and organic vegetables.  These are slightly pricy but I feel safer to use those vegetables for the light cooking or have them fresh.

「地元野菜」これらは香港産とオーガニックの野菜。香港で売られている野菜はほぼ中国本土産だが、生で頂くものや軽い料理をする時は安全な野菜を使いたい。カブの葉っぱのような葉物がとても美味しかった。
