This is gnocchi but I grilled as a gratin dish. I usually make this with second day of gnocchi. I make regular gnocchi with parmesan sauce for the first day then make this for the second day. Though it's so good that I probably prefer this one over regular gnocchi. When I make gnocchi dough, I make a lot in one shot because it takes time to make it.
「ニョッキのグリル」これはニョッキをグリルしてグラタンの様にしたもの。ニョッキの生地はジャガイモを挽いて粉を合わせるものだが、面倒なので一度にたくさん作る。1日目は普通にニョッキを食べて、余ったものは写真のように焼いて頂く。これが美味しくて結構こっちの方が好みかもしれない。
