I've learned a very sad news this morning Chef Benoit Violier; chef of three michelin star hotel in Swiss has passed away. He was awarded for the best chef in the world of 2015.

I've never been to his restaurant but I was always reading his blog which was full of information. His cuisine was extremely creative and beautiful. I was longing to attend his lesson one day in Swiss. Very sad new and loss of a talent for cuisine world.

彼のレストランには行ったことはないが、ブログをいつも見ていた。類を見ないクリエイティブで美しい料理にいつも感激していたので、ショックなニュースだ。彼の料理のレッスンもあったので、いつか行ってみたいと思っていたのでとても残念。
