Diplomate


This is a dessert made with dried brioche, dried fruits and custard.  It's super easy and wonderful dessert to make with brioche leftover.  I didn't have enough milk so it was slightly dry.  I usually soak the dried fruits in rum to soften them.  It makes a wonderful flavor.

「ディプロマット」これはブリオッシュの残りで作るデザート。材料はブリオッシュ、ドライフルーツ、卵、牛乳、砂糖。とても簡単で美味しい。今回は牛乳が少し足りなかった。ドライフルーツをラム酒で戻すと香りが良くて美味しい。
