Bismillah Biryani

This is probably the best Biryani shop in Singapore thought there are many tourist and the food is pricy.  The rice is very spicy compares to other shop.  Though the meat; lamb or chicken is cooked very tender and delicious too.

「ビスミラ・ビリヤニ」ビリヤニライスとは南インドやイスラム料理の炊き込みご飯。ここはシンガポールで一番美味しいと言われている。ただ、観光客も多く値段は高め。ライスはとてもスパイシーで他にはない味だ。お肉はチキンかラムの煮込み。それぞれとったが、どちらもとても柔らかく煮込まれていて美味しかった。
