Sin Heng Claypot Bak Koot Teh

This is a very popular and busy Bak kut teh place in our neighbor.  The shop is very simple place but the food is excellent with very reasonable price.  Singaporean Chinese food is mix of Chinese and spices of Malay cooking. 

All the dishes I ordered was tasty.  I've found that local taste is bit strong for me compares to Japanese cooking or French cooking.

「新興瓦煲肉骨茶」近くにあるバクテ（肉骨茶）の中華料理店。バクテだけでなくローカルテイストの料理は結構なんでも安くて美味しい。いつも並ぶくらい地元民に溢れている店。

バクテは醤油味で漢方もそれほど強くない。一人前でスペアリブが３ケ。柔らかく煮込まれた肉は、つるっと骨から外れる。その他の料理も味付けは濃いが美味しい。お酒はないが、２４時間営業なので、飲んだ後に行くのもいい。
