Japanese sweets

I love Japanese sweets for tea time.  They are much sweeter than other Asian sweets but less sweeter than Western sweets.  Mostly made by sweet bean paste.  Good ones only last one or two days so I don't bring them much these days but they're delicious.

「和菓子」母に持って来て頂いた和菓子。私はお菓子を普段あまり食べないが、久しぶりに頂くととても美味しい。和菓子は中華圏のお菓子よりもしっかりと甘い。春は華やかなお菓子があって特に好き。きちんとお茶を入れるべきだった。。金沢の最中と吉兆庵の桜しぐれ。
