This is a dish of Tofu with pork in Soba soup. Nikudofu is usually made with thinly sliced beef in Japan but I made with pork instead. I really love this flavor. After I was having spicy food, Japanese food is really a comfort for me.
「肉どうふ」蕎麦だしが余っていたのでそれで肉豆腐を作った。普通は牛肉だと思うが、シンガポールには牛の薄切りの良いものがないので、豚で作った。毎日シンガポール料理を食べていたので、和の出汁が入った料理がとても落ち着く。京都の七味がとてもよく合う。
