This is a bar specialized with anchovies and sardines. Of course, the sardines were excellent other dishes were good.
「Bar Txepetxa」ここはサーディンやアンチョビのタパスで有名な店。料理は全部丁寧で美味しかった。コロッケを頼んだがクリーミーでとっても美味しかった。
バスクのタパスの美味しさは、ベースのパンが美味しいことも大きな理由。フランスに近いのでパンが結構美味しいのだ。
ちなみに、１５年前にスペイン旅行した時はパンの不味さに参った思い出があるが、今回は、マドリッドでもサンセバスチャンでもそう思わなかった。
