"Sobriano de Botin" is considered as the oldest restaurant in the world.  I came here 15 years ago and it was as wonderful as it used to be.  It's extremely difficult to run a restaurant for 10 years in recent years.  Even in Paris, it's difficult to find a place to stay for 15 years.

Roasted suckling baby pig is extremely tasty.  I think that this is one of the foods you must try in the world.  

The restaurant is always full of lots of tourists and you need to make a reservation.  They speak on the phone so it's very easy.  

「ボティン」世界で１番古いレストランと言われている有名な子豚のローストの専門店。１５年前にも来て感動したので再び訪れた。飲食店は１０年続けるのが至難なのに、全く変わらない店に感動する。パリでも１５年前と同じ店はなかなかないのだ。

ここの子豚のローストは世界の料理の中で食べてみるべきものの一つだと思う。塩加減が抜群で、肉がジューシーでとても美味しい。どんなガイドブックにものっている有名店なので、要予約だが電話も英語で予約できる。

客はほぼアメリカ人の観光客。料理もなぜかアメリカンサイズで、昔はアメリカに居たのでそのサイズに驚いた記憶はないのだが、今回は何でこんなに量が多いんだ、と思った。
