Anago zushi

For the first time, I tried to cook Anago to make sushi.  I didn't exactly know how to do it but I read the recipe from the internet.  I cooked it slightly too long for this time but it was absolutely delicious that I'm going to make it again very soon!

「穴子寿司」初めて穴子を煮てみた。江戸前寿司の定番の寿司ネタだが、自宅でできないものかとネットで作り方をみて、やってみた。結果少し煮過ぎだったが、詰めも美味しく出来て大満足。もう一回作ってみようと思う。
