This is a Kumamoto ramen shop opened a while ago but I haven't gone there until now. Kumamoto ramen is a thick Tonkotsu soup which is not exactly my favourite ramen soup so I hardly go. Yet this shop's noodle was something I liked. The soup was thick but it was not too salty.
「ラーメン・紅組」結構前にできた店だが、今まで入ったことがなかったラーメン店。割と評判が良いので行ってみた。店も広いし、ラーメンは美味しかった。スープは少しとろみがあるが、塩辛くないのでいい感じ。麺は細くて固茹ででとても美味しかった。夏の冷やしラーメンが美味しそうだった。
