Japanese summer dish - tofu & konnyaku

I cooked enthusiastically lot this summer because we were hosted my nephews at home for three weeks who eat more than adult male!  I wanted to cook more French food but ended up cooking Japanese food.

「日々の料理」今年の夏は甥達が来たので毎日大量に料理を作っていた。もう少しフレンンチなどの洋食を作ってあげたかったが、毎日和食ばかりになってしまった。自分用の記録です。
