Small sardines are extremely good in this season. They're the best to grill on the BBQ. Yet it's very difficult to adjust the fire since they're very easy to be burn.
「鰯の七輪焼き」小さめの地元の鰯がとても美味しい。塩をして七輪焼きすると最高なのだが、脂が多いので焦げやすく、焼き方が難しい。もう少し早くから火を起こして落ち着いた火で焼くべきだった。
