This is one of the most successful fish dishes lately. Small sardines of this season in Kumamoto is extremely tasty. They have a just right amount of fat and they're so fresh and great quality. I cooked them in Ume plum. This is one of the traditional ways of cooking this fish.
「鰯の梅煮」夏の鰯は旨い!これは最近作った魚料理で一番美味しかった。鰯自体の脂のの乗りも良く旨味もあり、200円くらいだったのに上等だ。
