I love Sashimi so much that while I'm in Japan, I have them every day as long as the fish market is opened.  There is Obon holiday week in August so the market was closed almost a week though I went to buy fish every other day.

「夏の刺身１」私は刺身が大好きなので、夏も冬も市場が開いている限りは魚を買いに行き、刺身料理をする。それが日本にいる時の料理の楽しみの一つだ。８月はお盆があり、また猛暑でなかなかいい魚がなかったが、それなりに季節の魚を楽しむ事が出来た。
