Japanese home spring dishes - fish

 

"Baby calamari cooked in soya sauce"
「ヒイカの煮物」

"Salt Mackerel"
「塩鯖」

"Grilled fish head"
「ブリカマ」

"Tachiuo cooked in sweet soya sauce"
「太刀魚の煮付け」

"Oysters sautee"
「牡蠣の醤油炒め」

I continue to eat so much fish compare to meat in the spring season as well.  There are varieties of fresh fish in Kumamoto.

「春の魚料理」春も魚が美味しい。子持ちカレイの煮付けも良いし、脂の乗ったタチウオも美味しい。
