Japanese Spring home dishes - vegetables

"Spinach in Chinese style"
「ほうれん草の中華炒め」

It's so nice to have all the early spring vegetables in small Japanese dishes.  I love them so much that I've been having them every day something new and different.

「早春の料理」春は海藻や季節の野菜が美味しい。私が好きなあおさはお味噌汁はもちろん卵とじにしてもよいし、醤油とみりんで煮て佃煮にしても美味しい。薄味の佃煮は酒に合う。芹も美味しいし、菜の花も美味しい。
