The Best Tomatoes

 Kumamoto is known for the production of tomatoes, I think that it's no.1 producer in Japan so we have plenty of great tomatoes but the ones my aunt gave us from Yatsushiro is absolutely amazing.  It's fresh, juicy and sweet yet rich taste, which taste very different from normal tomatoes.

「八代トマト」叔母から頂くトマトの美味しさと言ったら格別。熊本はトマト生産量日本一なのでどこでも美味しいトマトが売られているのだが、このトマトは味のレベルが全く違うのだ。甘いだけでなくフレッシュな味わい。実が詰まっていてしっかりしている。

単なる冷やしトマトでも美味しいのだが、サラダ玉ねぎと一緒に食べるのも美味しい。毎日モリモリ食べている。
