Japanese winter home dishes - kinpira

These small dishes are called "Kinpira"; typical Japanse home dish that we keep in our fridge to eat with rice.  It's usually seasoned with soya sauce, sake, mirin, sometimes with dashi.  It goes very well with Japanese rice.

「きんぴら」最近ひじきやきんぴら類をよく作り置きしている。私は作り置きおかずは基本的に好きではないのだがきんぴら類はご飯に合って本当に美味しい。
