Fish cake

 

This fish cake I've found at "Edo" fare in the local department store was really good.  Unfortunately, I didn't note the name of the shop..

「天ぷら」大江戸展で買った天ぷら。すり身より具が多いくらい具沢山で美味しかった。魚のすり身の天ぷらは九州の物は甘いので東京の物はかなり好き。残念ながら店の名前が分からない。
