「桜餅」

There is the typical Japanese confectionery that I love in Springtime.  I hardly have anything sweet but these are a different category.

「春の和菓子」私はあまり甘いものを頂かないのだが、桜餅は別。塩気がある甘いお菓子が好きなのかもしれない。豆大福は大江戸展で買ったもので、桜餅は梅園。熊本は上品で美味しい和菓子屋があまりないのが残念なのだが、これらはとても美味しかった。
