Aubergin saute with dashi


This is aubergine sautéed in olive oil and lightly cooked in Japanese dashi.  This dashi is made with Japanese stock, soya sauce and mirin.  You can also use ready made "Mentsuyu".

「ナスのソテー浸し」ナスをオリーブオイルでじっくりソテーして出汁浸しにしたもの。簡単だけどナスをどれだけでも食べられる。
