Fried noodle with meat sauce
This is Hong Kong style noodle cooked in pan with meat sauce. Meat sauce is seasoned with Chinese seasonings; black bean sauce, doubanjiang, Chinese wine and so.
「焼きそばの肉味噌かけ」香港麺を茹でてフライパンでパリパリに焼き、肉味噌をかけた。ひき肉は豆豉醬、豆板醤、などで味つけたもの。所謂、麻婆豆腐の味付け。
