These are the made in Hong Kong products that I love.  I find a good Indian spice shop in Singapore but not Chinese spices, so I prefer buying them from there.  It's easy to find first class products in Hong Kong.

「香港購入品」香港には一級品が揃っている。値段は高いが良いものがある。広東料理の材料はもちろん香港の物がいい。中華スパイスも「興源」はきちんとパックしてラベルも貼ってくれるので、とても買いやすい。

香港の２大高級醤油と言えば、九龍と八珍。両方それぞれ特徴があって美味しい。九龍醤油は日本から購入しに来る人も多い。
