My mother in law had made us a wonderful dessert that she found in another place; thinly sliced pineapple with grated coconuts and coconuts cream.  I thought it would be a great dessert in Singapore as well.

「パイナップルとパイ」義母がパイナップルのデザートを作ってくれたのが、とても美味しかった。薄くスライスしたパイナップルに削ったココナッツとココナッツクリームをかけてパイに添える。レストランで出されたのがとても美味しかったらしい。これはシンガポールでもさらに美味しくできるデザートだと思った。いいアイディア。パイはレモンのゼストが入った軽いもの。
