Meat sauce buns

I tried hot dog buns and burger buns this time.  I took a recipe from Paul Howllywood.  I didn't have sausages that day so I filled the buns with meat sauce with cheese. 

「ミートソースバン」ホットドッグとバーガーバンを作ってみた。レシピはイギリスの有名なベーカリーシェフのもの。いい感じのバンズができたので、楕円型にミートソースとハムチーズを挟んで焼いた。
