Ritz Escoffier

For the first time, I've taken a lesson at Ritz this time because I've found a perfect patisserie lesson.  Furthermore, I was curious to experience the new Hotel Ritz.  The hotel had been in long renovations for the last 4 years and reponed it last year.  

The hotel was amazingly beautiful and gorgeous so to have cooking experience in this hotel felt extraordinary.  The lesson was practical and fun. It was more to please myself rather than to strictly learn the patisserie.  The chefs were very friendly nice yet they were great teachers. 

「リッツ・エスコフィエ」ホテル・リッツは４年の改装を経て去年オープンした。リッツ併設の料理学校もこのリニューアルで短期コースなどが増えた。今回はパティスリーで興味がある３品のレッスンがあったので、そのコースにも行ってみることにした。

最高級ホテルは完璧だ。キッチンは美しく、レッスンもとても楽しめるものだった。おもてなしが素晴らしく良く、飲み物などを提供してくださる。生徒は地元のフランス人が多かったが、外国人のために英語ができるシェフもつく。技術的に学ぶも事多くあった。旅行でも料理に興味がある方にはオススメする。
