Roti prata

This is my second favorite of Singapore breakfast.  I bought this at Indian market and I should have eaten this at the place but I took it back home.. I've tried many roti prata around but this one was very thin and crispy.  

「ロティ・プラタ」プラタとは奥のもので手前のは名前が違うインドのクレープ。これをさらりとしたカレーソースにちぎって付けながら食べる。プラタは私の２番目に好きなシンガポールの朝食。インド街のティカマーケットで買ったものが、薄くてとても美味しかった。
