Chicken satay

I marinated small cut of chicken breast and tigh in Satay sauce.  The sauce is already made and the one I've found at the fridge section.  I thought  that the sauce is sweet but it was surprisingly well balanced.

「チキンサテー」サテーとはビーナッツベースのマリネに漬けた肉をBBQで焼いたもの。タイ料理だと思うが、シンガポールにもよくある。ただ、私はこのマリネが甘くてあまり好きではない。今回初めて冷蔵のマリネソースを使ってみたら、意外にもあまり甘くなくてとても美味しかった。
