This is a round eye steak with stir fried vegetables. I don't make Japanese style of stir fry vegetables lately but this is one of the most popular way to eat vegetables in Japan. It's a mix of cabbage, carrots, onions and seasoned with sake and soya sauce.
「ステーキと野菜炒め」ステーキと酒と醤油で軽く味付けした日本風の野菜いため。日本では炒め野菜としてキャベツが美味しいが、このオーストラリア産のキャベツは炒めると少しシナっとしてしまう。。
