Garlic pork chop

This Australian pork was excellent for simple steak.  I seasoned it with some spices, black pepper, all spice and garlic powder.  I sauteed it with olive oil with few cloves of garlic.

「ポークチョップのニンニク焼き」オーストラリア産の豚の骨つきのロース。スパイスを強めにかけてニンニクで焼いた。簡単で、肉の食べ応えがありとても美味しかった。クレソンの付け合わせもよかった。
