When I make fried rice, I add a lot of vegetables. Because the vegetables contain some water, I fried them before the rice. I also added Chinese pickles "zha cai" this time. This was a great match with pork.
「豚と野菜の炒飯」山盛りの野菜のみじん切りと豚肉の炒飯。今回はザーサイを加えたらとても相性がよかった。野菜は初めに炒めて塩をふって水分を出す。取り出したのちに卵とご飯を炒める。
