I have sashimi every day when I'm in Japan.  We have so many varieties of fish to eat as sashimi and they are extremely fresh.  Good ones are depending on the day and the season so I've never got bored with it.

「刺身」お刺身は本当に素晴らしい日本の食だと思う。良質のタンパク質を新鮮に食べる事ができることは大事な事だと改めて思う。毎日獲れた魚と季節による旬があるので飽きない。
