This is probably my favourite western food restaurant in Kumamoto. I'm always impressed with the chef's cooking skill and the quality of the food. Salt caramel Maccaron was shockingly good.
「Whole Square」ここは熊本の洋食ランチでは一番好きかもしれない。行く度に美味しいと感心する。料理は丁寧で野菜がたっぷり。細部までこだわりが感じられるし、食べる人のことをよく考えられている。パスタも美味しいが肉料理も美味しい。きちんとした仕事をされていてシェフを尊敬している。
しっかりランチをしたい時には本当におすすめ。今回のデザートは塩キャラメル味のマカロン。これが美味しくて本当に感動した。
